Proudly partnering with leading schools

“I have been a teacher at the school for 30+ years. This was quite possibly the best experience of its kind that both I and the students have ever had. We stepped well outside our comfort zones and we worked on a community service project which I feel was of real value. The leadership, organisation, professionalism and the relationships we formed with the Infuse staff were a very large factor in making this trip an overwhelming success.”

Andrew McKie, Teacher, The Geelong College

“As a teacher of 25+ years experience, I have attended numerous camps. This was the best camp I’ve attended. Why? Due to the inspirational leadership of the program leaders. Every activity was set to the appropriate level and the times of reflection were not overdone. I cannot recall one complaint from a student – that says it all. Deeply satisfying.”

Teacher, St Joseph’s College - Gregory Terrace

“Infuse Travel is a great partner for our school trips. They have been brilliant in catering trips for our Duke of Edinburgh's Award participants and Service Project trips - both local and overseas. The staff are very helpful and professional, everything is organized for us and the program leaders are great with both staff and students alike. I absolutely recommend them to partner with!”

Kristen Bannister, Teacher, The Southport School

“I had the absolute privilege of traveling with over 50 students to Fiji for a transformative service learning experience facilitated by Infuse Travel. It was truly an incredible journey that left a profound impact on every single one of us.”

Australian International School, Hong Kong

“The trip exceeded all our expectations, and the students were thrilled with the diverse activities, hands-on experiences and the overall vibe created on the trip. The leader's professionalism, great natures and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the journey was seamless and enjoyable. Your commitment to providing an enriching and safe travel experience was evident throughout, and we are grateful for your efforts.”

Elizabeth Farmer, Teacher, Nowra High School

“In a matter of two days our Infuse Leaders created the conditions through intentional experiences, firm expectations and smart processing that had our students lowering their social guards and making meaningful connections with one another that continued to build through the trip. I know from what I heard at our wrap up meeting that all of our students felt like they belong to something special. Keep up the great work. In the meantime, I'll sing Infuse praises in all corners of our school!”

Chris Hazelton, Teacher, Singapore American School

“School camps can be an overwhelming endeavour - HOWEVER - if you go with Infuse Travel you will seriously have nothing to worry about! The staff are wonderful, with every team leader committed to ensuring every student has a wholesome and positive experience”

Jane Lowe, Leader of Learning, Chevalier College

“We are very privileged to partner with the organisation Infuse Travel. Infuse creates service-learning programs that contribute directly to improving access to education, protecting and preserving the environment, and ensuring access to basic human needs such as clean water and adequate food.”

Mechel Pikoulas, Principal, Strathfield Girls High School

“I recently returned from a Central Australia camp with 60 Year 9’s in tow. Students left their phones behind and stepped up to embrace an Indigenous On Country experience; sleeping in swags, swimming in gorges and a sunrise camel ride at Uluru to name a few highlights. Thank you Infuse Travel for your fantastic group leaders and superbly organised tour.”

Carla Mathisen, Teacher, Mentone Girls’ Grammar

“Infuse offer a comprehensive array of service-based trips for young people. The trips are presented to schools with great detail, care and attention to safety. The attractiveness of Infuse is their willingness to work closely with organisations such as schools to make a programme that fits their needs.”

Geoff Newton, Teacher, St Paul's Grammar School

Planning an educational tour for your school with Infuse Travel typically involves the three stages below:

Stage 1: Connect and Collaborate
We begin by collaborating closely with schools to understand their specific goals and educational objectives. In our initial discussions, we’ll gather information about the school's preferred dates, budget, goals and destinations. From there, we’ll provide a customised program proposal(s) that includes itineraries, quotes and everything the school needs to know to get your tour off the ground.

Stage 2: Approval and Launch
Once we have approval to move forward from the school, it’s time to start planning the journey! Each school is assigned their own Group Travel Coordinator (GTC) who will guide them through this process. The GTC is the single point of contact at Infuse to provide program information, administrative support and guidance. See them as your expert on speed dial! At this stage, we’ll launch the trip to students and parents in-person, and provide marketing support to generate as much interest as possible.

Stage 3: Pre-Departure Planning
Preparation is key to a successful program, and we are committed to ensuring that all participants and their families feel informed, supported and excited about their upcoming adventure. The Infuse team will deliver detailed pre-departure information sessions, as well as provide financial, administrative and logistical support for both schools and families. So things like trip bookings, finances and payment plans, flight bookings, trip leader selection and training, travel insurance, medical information, risk management and risk assessments are all taken care of. Sound good?

Benefit from our access to local experts, hands-on workshops and authentic interactions to enrich the educational value of the trip.

A meaningful travel experience involves understanding and respecting local cultures. Our student travel programs prioritise cultural sensitivity, social responsibility and sustainable practices, fostering an appreciation for diversity and responsible tourism among students.

Service-learning is a powerful way of learning that combines hands-on community service with academic learning and reflection. It's not just about doing good deeds; it's about understanding why they matter and how they connect to what you're learning in class. Service-learning has emerged as a key element in supporting students to become active citizens and in enhancing the practical application of their studies. By getting involved in service-learning, students not only become more engaged citizens but also get to apply what they're learning in real-life situations.

The Infuse Service-Learning Framework involves key components: investigation, preparation, action, reflection, demonstration. Below is an example of how the framework manifests for participants on a service-learning program with Aboriginal communities in Australia:

  • Students investigate the historical, social, racial and economic issues that have impacted Australia’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people since colonisation.
  • Students prepare for travel through connecting with Aboriginal Elders in their home communities to begin developing cultural awareness. Once in their travel destination, students meet local stakeholders and project partners to prepare them for engaging in community service projects.
  • Students act by assisting with projects alongside locals that help achieve goals identified by community members.
  • Students participate in facilitated reflections during their travels, thinking critically about how to support transformational changes in their world and advocate for poverty alleviation.
  • Students demonstrate their learning to their school community and are connected with resources for ongoing education, further investigation and action by the Infuse Foundation, which contributes to ending poverty, one of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
