Program Leader (Casual)
Infuse Program Leaders are the on-the-ground educators and facilitators who bring Infuse Travel programs to life. They guide our students through immersive, impactful travel experiences across Australia and around the world, balancing safety, logistics and group dynamics while encouraging learning and reflection.
Part mentor, part facilitator and part logistics guru, an Infuse Program Leader creates the conditions for meaningful student engagement. As a Program Leader, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring a transformational learning experience for our students on every program. This entails keeping students safe; following the program itinerary; providing appropriate supervision; implementing Infuse’s Learning & Teaching Framework; and creating a positive work environment for other employees. You have the opportunity and great responsibility to engage with amazing communities and change the lives of youth across the globe.

MEDICAL SCREENER (PART TIME)
Infuse Travel is seeking a Medical Screener to join its team on a permanent part-time basis (20 hours per week).
As Medical Screener, you play a critical gatekeeper role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of young people (ages 12–18) who travel with Infuse. Your primary responsibility is to evaluate comprehensive medical self-disclosures, identify potential health risks relative to specific destinations, determine if a participant is medically fit for travel, and implement control measures by establishing support plans.
Traveling to developing countries and remote locations often involves limited infrastructure and unique environmental stressors. Your expertise prevents medical emergencies before they happen, ensuring that both our young travellers and host communities have a safe, productive experience. Working across teams and departments, the role requires someone with a diverse skillset that is highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
