Jessie, a passionate advocate for youth development with a Bachelor of Outdoor Leadership, is the Program Manager at Infuse. She has led 30-day expeditions in the Australian wilderness and guided in Central Australia. Drawing from her experience as a former program leader, she designs transformative student experiences and values cultural immersion and nature. In her free time, Jessie enjoys swimming and biking.

Kate lives by the ocean, finding balance through snorkeling, yoga, hiking, and camping.

With leadership experience in wellness, veterinary, and events, she supports program leaders with logistics and scheduling. As a reliable resource, Kate ensures her team feels supported. Her passion for connection extends to family life, where she explores the world with her two teenage daughters, inspiring them to be active global citizens who appreciate nature and cultures.

Dr Kearrin Sims leads the educational design, implementation, and evaluation of Infuse Travel’s impactful experiential learning.

Dr Kearrin Sims leads the educational design, implementation, and evaluation of Infuse Travel’s impactful experiential learning. His role includes social and environmental impact assessment, educational resource development, staff training, and stakeholder engagement. Kearrin is a long-term believer in the transformational potential of travel.Prior to coming to Infuse, Kearrin designed and led two Master’s degrees in global development at James Cook University. His academic background is in Development Studies and his primary research interests centre around the ways in which power and politics shape global development efforts. Kearrin has received multiple academic prizes for his research publications and has been interviewed by The Wall Street Journal, National Public Radio (NPR), United States, SBS Radio and ABC Radio.

Lauren brings 15+ years experience in youth development, outdoor education, and experiential travel to the team.

Lauren brings 15+ years experience in youth development, outdoor education, and experiential travel to the team. With a background leading large-scale Summer camps and educational programs across Australia and the USA, she is dedicated to crafting custom travel experiences that inspire curiosity, personal growth, and deepen connections with the world around them. Lauren strives to create programs that leave a lasting positive impact on students, communities, and the world. Outside of work, you’ll find her on the snow slopes, at the beach, or out exploring nature whenever she gets the chance.

Liam Lannigan, a Jaru man from Halls Creek in the East Kimberley, is an integral part of the Infuse family.

Liam Lannigan, a Jaru man from Halls Creek in the East Kimberley, is an integral part of the Infuse family. Liam joined Infuse in 2014 and has been working as a Program Leader with us ever since. Growing up in Halls Creek and completing his secondary schooling in Perth, Liam works as a Program Leader on our outback programs, providing local knowledge. Liam loves sharing his story with students, and loves to learn about the students’ cultures and compare them with his own. He is also very generous in the way he shares stories of Aboriginal history and culture with school teams.

Maureen MacConnell, PMHNP-BC, PSY-M, is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing mental health consultation and training in over sixty countries globally.

Maureen MacConnell, PMHNP-BC, PSY-M, is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing mental health consultation and training in over sixty countries globally. She has advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education in Human and Organizational Learning. Maureen joined Cornerstone with fifteen years experience as a mental health clinician both domestically and internationally. She believes in providing continuous, adaptive support for travelers and is passionate about navigating the complexities of international healthcare.

Drawing on more than 10 years of experience in Outdoor Education and camp coordination, Miranda supports safe and positive camp experiences through her role as medical screener.

As a proud Aboriginal Woman Nadia is committed to elevating Traditional Owner voices On Country, and hopes to see Culture shared and celebrated through her work at Infuse Travel.

Nadia has dedicated over a decade of her life living and working in one of Australia’s most remote Indigenous communities. A lover of travel near and far, Nadia loves a good yarn, laughter and a strong coffee.

With more than 10 years working in education, Nat is an experienced teacher who is passionate about the power of learning beyond the classroom.

With more than 10 years working in education, Nat is an experienced teacher who is passionate about the power of learning beyond the classroom. Now working in experiential learning, she helps create programs that inspire curiosity, confidence, and connection. Fuelled by her travels across Australia and around the world, Nat believes some of the most valuable lessons come from stepping outside your comfort zone and experiencing new culture. When she's not working with schools, you'll find her camping, hiking, mountain biking, or planning her next outdoor adventure.

Rahul is our resident Salesforce professional with a passion for technology and continuous learning.

Rahul is our resident Salesforce professional with a passion for technology and continuous learning. He enjoys building efficient solutions, exploring new ideas, and growing his skills. Beyond work, Rahul is a car enthusiast and loves road trips, discovering new places, and maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle.

Rose brings a deep passion for supporting young people to connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them through meaningful experiences.

Rose brings a deep passion for supporting young people to connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them through meaningful experiences. Growing up in a national park and with a deep love for forests, Rose learned early on the importance of reciprocal relationships between people and place. Drawn to Infuse for its experiential learning programs and community-driven projects, she has spent the past four years leading student programs across Australia and internationally. When she’s not managing programs for Infuse, you’ll find Rose in the garden - growing veggies with friends and selling their harvest at local markets around Victoria. She’s especially passionate about local food systems and the role they play in building healthy, resilient communities.

Sam joined us in 2022 to support schools in designing and delivering meaningful travel programs for their students.

Sam joined us in 2022 to support schools in designing and delivering meaningful travel programs for their students. With a degree in psychology and years of experience coordinating school expeditions overseas, he brings a thoughtful, student-centred approach to every journey. Sam is passionate about experiential education and loves helping young people step outside their comfort zones, develop resilience, and build real-world skills through travel. He’s travelled widely, from trekking to Everest Base Camp to exploring the highlands of Papua New Guinea, and brings calm, capability and good humour to every program. When not on the road, Sam is on a mission to find Australia’s best chicken parmi (recommendations always welcome!)

Tracey co-founded Infuse with her husband Sam.

Tracey co-founded Infuse with her husband Sam. She now manages Bayview Adventure Camp, our residential outdoor education centre near Phillip Island, Victoria. With a double degree in education and human movement, Tracey’s career progressed from high school education to professional surfing, international student travel and business management. She still manages to sneak a surf in a few times a week.

Valeska is an accomplished high school teacher and sub-school coordinator who began working with us in 2014.

Valeska is an accomplished high school teacher and sub-school coordinator who began working with us in 2014. With a bachelor in education and human movement from Deakin University, she is an exceptional operator who now manages finance and administration in our Australian office. Valeska’s welcoming personality and endless enthusiasm makes her a pleasure to have on our team.
