Yes, Infuse Travel offers standard payment plans and can organise custom schedules for families upon request. While we have a standard instalment structure, we understand that every family’s financial situation is different. If our standard dates do not work for you, please contact our team to discuss a personalised arrangement.
All essential costs including transport, accommodation, meals, activities and service projects are included in the programme fee. For school-specific group programmes, flights and insurance are typically included. For Summer Sessions, flights and insurance are generally excluded. Personal costs like visas, passports, immunisations and spending money are always the responsibility of the traveller.
Yes, we support students with a range of medical, physical and mental health needs through a comprehensive pre-departure screening process. We collect detailed health information during enrolment and work closely with families to ensure our programme leaders are equipped to support conditions such as asthma, allergies or anxiety.
We accommodate all medical and religious dietary requirements provided they are disclosed during the enrolment process. While we ensure that students with allergies or religious restrictions are safely fed, we cannot always guarantee that specific lifestyle preferences can be accommodated in remote or international locations.
Yes, a program-specific packing list is sent to all families by their Group Travel Coordinator well in advance of departure. These lists are tailored to the climate and activities of your specific destination. If you need a list earlier for planning or shopping, you can request one via travel@infusetravel.com.au.
Updates are provided through designated school communication channels or via direct email milestones for arrival, mid-trip and departure for open-enrolment programs. The specific platform and frequency of these updates are determined by the programme type and the school's own communication policy.
In the event of an emergency, Infuse Travel or a school representative will contact parents immediately via the emergency phone number provided at enrolment. We maintain high staff-to-student ratios to ensure that at least one leader is always available to manage communications and logistics during an incident without compromising the safety of the rest of the group.
Refunds are governed by the specific terms and conditions agreed upon during enrolment which vary based on the timing and reason for cancellation. While we adhere strictly to our booking terms, we review unforeseeable circumstances on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair outcome for families.
Mobile phone policies vary by program and school, but Infuse generally encourages a digital detox to promote student independence and group bonding. Many of our partner schools have strict no-phone policies for the duration of the trip to ensure students stay present and engaged with their environment.
