Fly into Ayers Rock Airport. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by your Infuse Program Leaders, who will transfer you to Yulara to begin your journey on this Aboriginal Cultural Immersion Program.

After settling into the campground, enjoy lunch and participate in an orientation session. In the afternoon, visit the Cultural Centre at Uluru, where you’ll deepen your understanding of Uluru’s significance to the Anangu people. A local guide will take you on a cultural tour of Uluru, followed by witnessing the sunset’s transformative colours on Uluru before dinner at the campground.

This morning, pack up camp and head to Kata Tjuta. Hike through Walpa Gorge and the Valley of the Winds, experiencing the scale of Kata Tjuta.

After lunch, embark on a journey to your On Country experience, camping on a million-acre property with a host family.

Over the next three days of this Aboriginal Cultural Immersion Program, you’ll immerse yourself in Aboriginal culture and traditions. The experience is designed to be organic and flexible, allowing you to learn firsthand about hunting, cooking and Aboriginal culture in Central Australia.

Your time On Country is planned but not scripted, offering flexibility in scheduling. In this part of the Aboriginal Cultural Immersion Program, you’ll have the opportunity to fully immerse yourself in an Aboriginal community, engaging in activities like hunting and storytelling while learning about Aboriginal culture in Central Australia.

Bid farewell to your newfound friends and head to Kings Creek Station.

After settling in and having lunch, you’ll visit a community within the Kings Canyon National Park. There, you’ll meet local Arrernte people, who will share their language and cultural knowledge with you. You’ll also have the chance to explore and purchase locally handmade arts and crafts.

Today, you’ll explore the magic of Kings Canyon, including the iconic Rim Walk, a 6 km circuit that takes you through the Garden of Eden and Priscilla’s Crack.

After completing the walk, return to camp to relax and enjoy a mindfulness and reflection activity at Kathleen Springs.

In the evening, gather around the campfire to share stories and prepare for another night of camping under the stars.

After a cooked breakfast, pack up camp and begin the journey back to Yulara. Along the way, make a stop at Curtin Springs Roadhouse, a central point within a vast cattle station, to purchase souvenirs or refreshments.

Upon arriving in Yulara, take some personal time to relax, journal and reflect on your incredible experiences. As the sun sets, board a bus for the world-famous ‘Field of Light’ show, a mesmerising phenomenon that illuminates the area below the dunes. After the show, enjoy a final night’s dinner at a local restaurant.

Rise early to witness the sun’s majestic ascent over Uluru from the sunrise viewing area. The group will have a special moment in this iconic setting before participating in a ceremony of celebration.

After packing up camp, you’ll have time to explore Yulara, shop for souvenirs and bid your farewells to your Infuse Program Leaders.

Your journey on this Aboriginal Cultural Immersion Program concludes with a flight from Yulara. Welcome back home - we hope you had an incredible Central Australia experience!
